We provide job training, support, and resources to help individuals build their skills and confidence, and connect them with employers who are looking for qualified candidates. At Missoula Works, we are committed to building a stronger, more inclusive community, one job at a time.
Temporary to permanent staffing
Through partnerships with local agencies, we are able to provide jobs for our employees who are temporarily hired through us with the end goal being permanent employment at their placement agency.
After completing an application, intake, orientation, and soft skills training here at Missoula Works, our employees are eligible to be placed at one of our partner agencies for a temporary period of time. After completion of this time period (approximately 3 months) and exceptional performance at placement site, the hope is for our employees to pursue permanent employment with our partner agencies.

Housekeeping
Missoula Works. Missoula, MT. Part time and Full time Available
This is a part-time or full-time position that starts at $17.50 an hour.
The ideal candidate works well in a busy, physical environment and has an eye for detail and a commitment to quality guest service.
Specific Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, disposing of trash, and monitoring and reporting necessary repairs and replacements.
Grocery Cashier
Missoula Works. Missoula, MT. Part time and Full time Available.
Part Time & Full Time Positions available
Provides customer service, including greeting customers and answering their questions.

Weighs and scans products. Accepts payment and provides change when appropriate.Handles cash and other forms of tender accurately. Bags products when necessary.Maintains a neat and clean register area.Assists in other duties as assigned.
At least 16 years of age.
Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service.
Ability to read, write, and do simple math problems.
Ability to interpret and follow instructions.
Work involves standing at a register for prolonged periods, repetitive arm and hand movements, moving and lifting products, and continuous interaction with customers and fellow associates.
