Temp-to-permanent is Missoula Works supportive staffing agency.  We have partnerships throughout the community in a variety of industries including: grocery, business administration, construction, housekeeping, and more. Employees are hired by Missoula Works, supported, trained, and provided wrap-around support throughout their employment. Their employment is then transferred to the hiring partner after their contract is completed.
