Who We Are
Missoula Works is a non-profit subsidiary of Missoula Interfaith Collaborative. We are dedicated to providing employment opportunities, both temporary and permanent, for the long-term unemployed in the Missoula community. Our goal is to help individuals regain confidence, independence, and financial stability through meaningful employment. We believe that a job is more than just a paycheck; it can provide purpose and a sense of belonging. We are committed to building a stronger, more vibrant community by connecting Missoulians to meaningful work in a supportive environment.

Mission
Missoula Works aims to maximize social impact by working with those who may have experienced barriers to employment. Through a supportive and professional environment we provide guidance, job skills, and ongoing support to help participants experience professional success.
Support
Throughout their tenure in our program, each Missoula Works participant is matched with a Job Support Specialist (JSS). Whatever the experience, skill level, or background, the JSS collaborates with each individual to assist them toward their goals.
