Missoula Works established the Get It Done labor crew to meet the growing demand for jobs as more people came to us seeking employment opportunities. Our crew manager and crew leads offer supervision and support to people joining Get It Done. Employees learn technical skills through experience and a wide variety of jobs and projects. During their employment with Missoula Works, they also improve soft skills with intentional support from supervisors.

When you hire the Get It Done crew, you help create and provide learning opportunities as well as jobs for fellow Missoulians. We appreciate your support immensely!
